He has over 17 years of experience with Clients in international investment banking, global mergers and acquisitions and cross-border investing, and leads Group’s products & services and investment activities. Mr. Liu is active in a wider range of investing and corporate finance activities, covering whole investment cycle and multi-industry. Mr. Liu has led professionally investment in the sectors of Biotechnology Science, Energy & Mining, Intelligent Manufacturing, Automobile Financial Technology, Agricultural Science and Consumption. Mr. Liu has spent years in investment banking in Hong Kong, first with Macquarie Bank, a top Australian investment bank and then with Anglo Chinese Group, a prestige boutique British-funded investment bank. Since then he served for Feishang Group, a leading Chinese M&A Group, where he was a Director of Global Investment Division. Kenny Cao, Partner, has more than 13 years of experience in overseas quantitative and financial analysis. He was served as the Vice President of Fixed Income Department at the New York headquarters of Morgan Stanley, an American investment bank; also the Vice President of Risk Management Department at AQR Capital - one of the top three quantitative hedge funds in the U.S. - managing approximately $186 billion; and the Director of Research Department at Digital Mosaic Fund in New York as well. Dr. Cao is primarily responsible for quantitative modeling, hedging strategy implementing, quantitative withdrawal controlling, etc., in order to eliminate invalidation risk and withdrawal in fund. Dr. Weiliang Wang, Partner, is good at evaluating mining project’s value and economic, issuing eligible report for the initial public offering, mining project technical due diligence investigation, project exploration and management, managing geological exploration database and geological mapping with 13 years of experience. He worked for the Anglo American (AAL.L), Teck Resources (TCK), China Railway Resources, the Royal Canadian Mining, Tianli International Group, WGM Mining Consulting Firm and BAW Consulting Company. Owen Ou, Partner, is a mining engineering professional with over 20 years of global experience in mining project construction, mining operations, production and technical management.
